1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Lumetrix services provided by SidhiLynx, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Lumetrix provides automated PDF generation and code automation services, including but not limited to:

  • Code push automation to JupyterLab servers
  • Code pull and PDF documentation generation
  • Flowchart generation from code
  • Algorithm visualization and analysis

3. Service Plans and Limitations

Free Plan

Limited to 1 code push and 1 code pull per month. Delivery within 24 hours on a best-effort basis. No guarantees on push/pull success. Services may be delayed if target servers are down or experiencing low performance.

Hero Plan

10 pushes and 10 pulls per month with premium AI model code generation and error checking. Server monitoring included with task execution when servers become available.

Dominator Plan

30 pushes and 30 pulls per month with unlimited flowchart generation, priority queue processing, automatic backups every 3 days, and guaranteed pull operations even during complete server outages.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate server credentials and configuration details
  • Ensure you have proper authorization to access target JupyterLab servers
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Not attempt to bypass service limitations or quotas

5. Service Availability and Guarantees

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Service availability varies by plan:

  • Free Plan: No service level guarantees
  • Hero Plan: Server monitoring and delayed execution when servers are available
  • Dominator Plan: Guaranteed execution with automatic backup mechanisms

6. Payment and Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable. Add-on packages are valid for 30 days from purchase and do not roll over. Monthly quotas reset on the first day of each billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the code and content you submit. Lumetrix retains rights to the service infrastructure, algorithms, and generated visualizations. Generated PDFs and flowcharts are provided for your use under your existing code licenses.

8. Data Security and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. For detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

SidhiLynx and Lumetrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, or failed operations.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
